The job of “network administrator” at Virtual University of Pakistan requires special computer skills and applications are invited to fill this position. But a lot of unemployed persons who are looking for work these days don’t have these particular skills.

In this scenario, the unemployed persons are facing structured unemployment due to a mismatch of skills in the market. The mismatch comes because unemployed persons are unwilling or unable to change the demand of the market. So, the job of "network administrator" at Virtual University of Pakistan requires special computer skills and applications but most of the unemployed persons are not able for this job because they don't have such particular skill and most of the employees are not willing to change their skills.
