1. Problem of bad service or dirtiness.
2. Problem due to high traffic of customers: there may be the problem of waiting for fulfilling the orders due to fewer employees according to the customers. Due to which bad service image can create bad image for restaurant. Fast service must be there.
3. Less importance to customers due to other customers:
There may be problem for customers if there are more customers and anyone of employees can give priority to other customer/s.
4. Problem of careless Employees/ Bad attitude of Employees:
There may be careless employees, due to which customers may be suffer from the wastage of time. And the bad attitude of employees may also create problems.

The Pakistani economy is becoming increasingly service-oriented, and over the past several decades, the food service industries that offer the highest levels of convenience have been rewarded with strong sales growth. In the face of rising population, incomes and increasingly hectic work schedules, a nearly insatiable demand for convenience will continue to drive fast food sales. So, service should be good enough as compared to products that it creates more demands.

3. Multinational Fast food chains like McDonald's rapidly gained a reputation for their cleanliness, fast service and a child-friendly atmosphere. So, it also should be considered. And more efficient and hardworking employees should be hired to making possible the fast service at dinner time.
