On contrary, some functions have been transferred to private sector. Please discuss those exclusive roles of the government that make public administration a separate enterprise from private organizations.

• Managing country wide, gigantic disasters, problems, if any.
• Creating harmony various religious, cultural, and societal schools of thoughts.
